SUBLETTE COUNTY – Wyoming Department of Health confirmed another COVID-related death in Sublette County on Jan. 5.
According to a release, the county’s seventh COVID-related death was an older woman who died late last month. She was a local long-term care facility resident. WDH stated in a release it’s unclear whether she had health conditions recognized as putting patients at higher risk of serious illness related to COVID-19.
As of Sunday, Jan. 10, there were 11 active cases of coronavirus in Sublette County, according to Sublette COVID-19 Response Group.
In numbers provided by Sublette COVID-19 Response Group this is the fourth straight week the county’s COVID cases fell under 25. And it’s the first time weekly cases increased (16 to 21) since at least November.
