Sheriff’s report – June 25

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 220 calls from June 21 to June 27 including a sex offense, three search-and-rescues, two deaths, eight accidents, eight medical emergencies, a missing person, 18 urinalyses and 35 vehicle identification number inspections.
June 21
At 2:01 a.m., a woman called about a suspicious person.
At 2:44 a.m., a Spanish-speaking woman called from the clinic while connecting to the “language line.” Staff came to the door to let her in.
At 9:19 a.m., a 911 hang-up with the sound of children’s voices came from near was an accidental dial from Wrangler Gym.
At 9:27 a.m., a person had breathing problems.
At 9:45 a.m., a deputy checked on a call about a neighbor’s dogs.
At 11:18 a.m., a deputy served a warrant.
At 12:21 p.m., a neighbor yelled at a woman about a bonfire the night before.
At 1:39 p.m., a business reported a theft.
At 1:40 p.m., a woman saw someone excessively discipline a ranch dog; there was nothing a deputy can do.
At 3:09 p.m., a wallet found at the Food Basket was returned to its owner.
At 3:30 p.m., a complaint about livestock on open range was transferred to Wyoming Highway Patrol.
At 4:14 p.m., a vehicle lost a wheel and skidded to a stop.
At 5 p.m., a man reported to the jail to serve a seven-day sentence.
At 8:52 p.m., a 911 hang-up call came from Fremont Lake Campground but no one flagged down the deputy who drove through.
At 9:36 p.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on a person’s welfare.
At 11:16 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.
June 22
At 6:26 a.m., a deputy checked on a person sleeping in a pickup parked in someone’s pasture.
At 6:46 a.m., a missing person was reported; no more information is available.
At 10:05 a.m., a deputy told a woman she needed to talk to a store manager to get a trespass order lifted.
At 10:25 a.m., a deputy picked up a wallet found at the post office.
At 1:25 p.m., a person with breathing problems refused assistance.
At 2:36 p.m., an out-of-state driver was killed and a passenger injured in a single vehicle rollover near Merna.
At 3:23 p.m., a person whose shoulder popped back into place called to cancel assistance.

June 23
At 12:22 a.m., a woman reported a sex offense.
At 9:56 a.m., a man had questions about restraining and protective orders.
At 10:04 a.m., a medical emergency was reported.
At 10:55 a.m., a Green River policeman called for information.
At 1:24 p.m., a person reported smelling a gas leak at a hotel.
At 1:36 p.m., a person had seizures.
At 2:29 p.m., an animal control officer asked a deputy to check that Marbleton residents are complying with ordinances. No violations were observed.
