SUBLETTE COUNTY – There are a couple of dates coming up for Sublette County 4-Hers and any kids and parents interested in learning more about the clubs and all of the projects. The highlight is taking a finished quilt, cake, leatherwork, livestock, cats, dogs, chickens and rabbits to the Sublette County Fair next summer!

• Sublette County 4-H Open House, Tuesday, Oct. 4, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Extension Office, 9660 U.S. Highway 191, Pinedale.
• Sublette County 4-H Open House, Wednesday, Oct. 5, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., at Marbleton Town Hall, 10700 HWY 189 Marbleton WY 83113.
Also the Sublette County-UW Extension part of the operation is inviting the public young and old to meet the ambitious new educator, Dagan Montgomery. Montgomery has already appeared at a lot of local events to introduce himself and here’s a chance to visit in person about his ideas!
• The University of Wyoming Extension-Sublette County Office will be hosting an Agriculture and Natural Resources Open House from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at the Extension Office, 9660 US Highway 191, Pinedale.
Anyone interested in meeting the new Ag and Natural Resources Extension Educator or learning more about the program is encouraged to drop by. Dagan Montgomery will give a brief talk on his experience and background and answer any questions you may have.
Please share with anyone you know who is involved in ranching, farming, gardening any and all forms of agriculture and conservation, or who simply wants to learn more about the county extension services in Wyoming.
