Big Piney senior Muriel Jones competed with the Green River team at the 2021 State Girls' Indoor Track and Field Meet hosted by Gillette on March 6. Jones took sixth place in the 1600-meter run, clocking in at 5 minutes, 43.46 seconds. The senior placed sixth in the 3200-meter run at 12:14.05. Jones joined the Green River 1600-meter sprint medley team that picked up fifth place at 4:28.18.
