Betty Jean Carpenter Pfaff is turning 100 years old on March 27, 2023. She is a lifelong resident of Wyoming and Montana. Her entire life has been an adventure and a testimony to the frontier spirit. From growing up in Atlantic City surrounded by the booming gold mines, to driving school buses, writing several books and being involved in the local oil fields, she has spent her life surrounded by friends and family.
Some of her favorite memories involve hunting for arrowheads in the desert, painting with friends and taking trips to Alaska.
To celebrate her 100th birthday, Betty would like to invite anyone who can to join her March 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the South Lincoln Training & Events Center, 215 Wyoming Highway in Kemmerer. Refreshments will be served.
