G&F to hold Feb. 11 ‘migration forum’

Two Sublette wildlife corridors to be proposed

Two new

Sublette migration corridor projects will be

announced and discussed at 5 p.m. on Monday,

Feb. 11, in Casper.

Wyoming Game and Fish will propose

designations for the Wyoming Range Mule

Deer Migration Corridor and the Sublette

Pronghorn Migration Corridor. The Designated

Migration Corridors Statewide Forum

will include a panel presenting migration

science, risk assessments working with the

Bureau of Land Management and Office of

State Lands and Investments on oil and gas

lease sales and wildlife and roadways, with

questions taken after.

The informational forum follows the

Wyoming Game and Fish Commission’s

meetings at the Casper Regional Office,

3030 Energy Lane. Commission meetings

are live-streamed; the forum itself will be

recorded and available on Tuesday, Feb. 12,

on the Wyoming Game and Fish website.
