Francisco D. Garcia: Driving under the influence of alcohol; driving vehicle on a single lane.

Nathaniel Kjelsrud: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

William Sciolino: Unlawful entry to commit battery; domestic battery, second offense in five years; criminal entry; criminal trespass; property destruction under $1,000; interference with a peace officer.

Roxane Ramage: DUI, second offense in 10 years; driving with a suspended license; valid registration. Sexual battery.

Martin E. Morss: DUI, first offense.

Bailey E. Watson: Unlawful contact; simple assault; breach of peace.

Amy S. Hamilton: Domestic assault.

Rodney L. Gilstrap: False statement to obtain big game license; knowingly taking antlered or trophy game.

Joseph M. Cates: Criminal contempt.

Esther Garcia Morales, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $105.

Cung Nung Sang, Boulder: Sexual battery, jail 365 days, suspended, one year supervised probation; furnish alcohol to minor, jail 10 days, fines $420. Interference with a peace officer; jail 365 days, suspended, one year unsupervised probation; license not issued to self, jail 10 days; compulsory insurance, fines $920.
