Kaycee J. McNinch: Domestic battery, first offense.

Jodi Wimberley: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

MS, Big Piney: Intermediate permit, without a licensed driver at least 18, fine $90.

Michael W. Lewis, Pinedale: DUI, second offense; driving without an interlock device; driving with a suspended license, jail 180 days with 173 suspended, three tears supervised probation, fines $555.

Chayne T. Wilkes, Big Piney: DUI, first offense, jail 10 days, fine $270.

Brandye Brown, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $105.

Gregory Eiden, Big Piney: No driver’s seatbelt, fine $25; yield to vehicle in intersection, fine $100.
