Craftspeople, artists and families celebrated the season with this year’s special day hosted by Big Piney-Marbleton Community Development at the Big Piney Rec Center.
Kids played outside in the bouncy castles and food trailers served up a variety of treats – such as waffles on sticks and pulled smoked pork sandwiches. Inside the Rec Center, a dozen or so vendors set up their booths of bakery and handmade items, from soaps to candles to wreaths to wild rags.
Usually the Big Piney Library hosts its annual Fall Festival, but as pandemic conditions continue to develop around Sublette County, the Fall Festival and St. Anne’s Catholic
Church Holiday Bazaar in November are two casualties. Autumn Day gave people a chance to shop and visit while observing COVID protocols.
