To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to, All Weather Waterproofing, Inc., 5941 Stratler Street, Murray, UT 84107 for Sublette County School District No. 1 Pinedale High School Partial Re-Roof, 101 East Hennick, Pinedale, WY 82941.
You are hereby notified that Sublette County School District No. 1, 665 North Tyloer Avenue, Pinedale, WY 82941, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County School District No. 1 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Sublette County School District No. 1 Pinedale High School Partial Re-Roof, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.
You are further notified that upon the 21st day of October, 2019,being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Sublette County School District No. 1 will pay All Weather Waterproofing, Inc. the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Sublette County School District No. 1 prior to said 21st day of October, 2019, same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

You are hereby notified that Sublette County School District No. 9, 115 South Nichols Street, P.O. Box 769, Big Piney, WY, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County School District No. 9 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the for Big Piney Elementary Generator Replacement Project, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.
You are further notified that upon the 21st day of October, 2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Sublette County School District No. 9 will pay WYOMING MACHINERY COMPANY the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Sublette County School District No. 9 prior to said 21st day of October, 2019, same shall be waived.

Please take notice that the foreclosure sale of the mortgaged property described as follows is now postponed:

The mortgaged property was originally scheduled to be sold by the Sheriff of Sublette County, Wyoming on Friday, September 13, 2019. The mortgaged property will be reset for public auction at a later date upon notice as required by Wyoming law. Nothing in this notice is to be deemed a satisfaction of the obligations secured with the mortgaged property or a waiver or release of the mortgagee’s right to reschedule a foreclosure sale for a later date.
