You are hereby notified that a Petition For Change of Name, Civil Action No. 8869, has been filed on behalf of Clarica Ann Pinkerton in the Wyoming District Court for the 9th Judicial District, whose address is P.O. Box 764, 21 S. Tyler, Pinedale, WY 82941, the object and prayer of whic is to change the name of the above-named person from Clarica Ann Pinkerton to Clarica Ann Johnson.

Any objection must be filed with the District Court within 30 days following the last date of publication of this notice, or an Order Granting Name Change may be granted without further notice.

With respect to the following lands to wit: C.P. MacGlashan First Addn., Blk 18, Lots 9 & I 0, Sublette County, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified:

That said lands were, in the year 2015, and in the name of John M. Thorson, ET AL taxed $457.22, as due the County of Sublette, State of Wyoming;

That said lands were on July 21, 20 I 6, sold for said tax, plus interest and accruing costs, unto Melissa Lynn Cunningham;

You, the said John M. Thorson, may redeem from the office of Treasurer in and for the County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, which said office caused the said lands to be sold as aforesaid, all of said lands at any time prior to the 29'" day of November 2021, on which said day the undersigned Melissa Lynn Cunningham will apply to the said office of Treasurer in and for the County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, for a tax deed to be issued by said office in the manner and form as prescribed by law.

The Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC), per Wyoming Statute §41-3-1004(a), has initiated an instream flow hydrologic study for Rock Creek and Trail Ridge Creek west of LaBarge and Big Piney respectively.  Both of the segments are located on public lands. Public scoping meeting is scheduled for August 19th, 6:00 p.m., at the Marbleton Town Hall.
