RESOLUTION OF INTENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY the board of Directors of the Big Piney Cemetery District that it intends to order improvements to be paid for by special assessment, specified as follows:

  1. The improvement proposed is the maintenance and upkeep of the cemeteries in the Big Piney Cemetery District;
  2. The improvement proposed is to extend to all properties within the district;
  3. The probable cost $367,450.00 budget amount and proposed mill levy as estimated by the Board of Directors.
  4. The assessment will be for $367,450.00 and will be assessed by mill levied.
  5. The assessment will be paid at the same time and in the same manner as Sublette County Property taxes for 2020.
  6. The resolution authorizing such improvements shall be considered.

CENTER BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2019

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget amendment for:

Joint Powers Board for Pinedale Aquatic Center for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, which is now being considered by the Joint Powers Board for Pinedale Aquatic Center will be held in Pinedale, Wyoming on the 16th day of July, 2019 at six-fifteen o’clock p.m. (6:15), at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget.

Of the total budget, $7,667,250 in reserve funds was transferred back to Sublette County School District #1 to secure in a PAC asset preservation account. Of the operating budget ($1,757,757), PAC experienced higher than expected costs for utilities.

The hearing will be held in the Pinedale Aquatic Center building located at 535 North Tyler Ave., Pinedale, Wyoming.

NOTICE OF FINAL COMPLETION

OF CONTRACT

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work being done, or any material furnished to, RS Bennett Construction Company, Inc., 601 N Highway 189, Big Piney, WY 83113 for the Big Piney - Marbleton Pathway, Big Piney, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming has accepted final completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between the Town of Big Piney and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Big Piney - Marbleton Pathway, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.

You are further notified that upon the nineteenth day of August, 2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Town of Big Piney will pay RS Bennett Construction Company, Inc. the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the Town of Big Piney prior to said nineteenth day of August, 2019, same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Sublette County School District Number Nine for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, which is now being considered by the Board of Trustees of Sublette County School District Number Nine, will be held in Big Piney, Wyoming on the 17th day of July, 2019 at seven o’clock pm at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget.

In addition to the statutorily mandated school levies, the Board of Trustees will consider the levying of one-half (.5) mill for Western Sublette Nine B.O.C.E.S and two-tenth (.2) mill for Region V B.O.C.E.S as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-109(a).  The Board of Trustees will also consider the levying of one (1) recreation mill for the Sublette Nine Recreation Board expenditures as permitted under Wyoming Statute 18-9-201.  These mill rates were in effect during the 2018-2019 fiscal year and do not represent an increase in the tax rate for the ensuing 2019-2020 fiscal year.      

The hearing will be held in the school district’s Board Room in the Fine Arts Administration Building located at 115 South Nichols Street, Big Piney, Wyoming.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated February 28, 2007, executed and delivered by Colleen M. Roberts (“Mortgagor”) to Republic Mortgage Home Loans LLC,  and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Republic Mortgage Home Loans LLC, its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on February 28, 2007, at Reception No. 325513, in Book 145 Mtg., at Page 350 in the public records in the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

  1. The improvement proposed is to abate mosquito nuisance in Mosquito Abatement District #2.
  2. The Probable cost of $36,300 is estimated by the Board of Directors, based on Mark Eatinger, Licensed Professional Engineer, as per the following estimate.
