NOTICE OF FINAL COMPLETION

OF CONTRACT

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work being done, or any material furnished to, RS Bennett Construction Company, Inc., 601 N Highway 189, Big Piney, WY 83113 for the Big Piney - Marbleton Pathway, Big Piney, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming has accepted final completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between the Town of Big Piney and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Big Piney - Marbleton Pathway, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.

You are further notified that upon the nineteenth day of August, 2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Town of Big Piney will pay RS Bennett Construction Company, Inc. the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the Town of Big Piney prior to said nineteenth day of August, 2019, same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated February 28, 2007, executed and delivered by Colleen M. Roberts (“Mortgagor”) to Republic Mortgage Home Loans LLC,  and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Republic Mortgage Home Loans LLC, its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on February 28, 2007, at Reception No. 325513, in Book 145 Mtg., at Page 350 in the public records in the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage as of July 8, 2019 being the total sum of $276,584.91, plus interest, costs expended, late charges, and attorneys’ fees accruing thereafter through the date of sale;

Redstone Upper Green River Special

Resolution of Intent

Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Redstone Upper Green River Special Improvement District that it intends to order improvements to be paid for by special assessment, specified as follows:

  1. The improvement proposed is to repair and maintain roads, bridges and perimeter fence as needed in the Redstone Upper Green River Special Improvement District.
  2. The improvement proposed is to repair and maintain bridges and roads on the district.
  3. The probable cost of $18500 as estimated by the Board of Directors and includes administrative expenses and legal support.
  4. The special assessment will be for $7420 and will be assessed at a rate equivalent to eight (8) mils of the assessed value of each property.
  5. The assessment will be paid at the same time and in the same manner as Sublette County property taxes for 2018,
  6. The resolution authorizing such improvements shall be considered at the District Board’s annual budget meeting to be held on July 18, 2019 at 8:00 pm at 25 White Point Road Cora, Wyoming 82925.

Box 769, Big Piney, WY 83113, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County School District No. 9 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Sublette County School District No. 9, Bus Storage and Maintenance Facility, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

You are further notified that upon the 26th day of August, 2019,being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Sublette County School District No. 9 will pay A. Pleasant Construction, Inc. the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Sublette County School District No. 9 prior to said 26th day of August, 2019, same shall be waived.
