Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard regarding the budget at that time. A summary of the proposed budget is as follows:

The Wyoming Water Development Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the above listed project. The Commission will also be seeking information as to whether the proposed project functions and services can be served by any person, association or corporation engaged in private enterprise.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated October 11, 2018, executed and delivered by Thomas Guzman (“Mortgagor”) to Mann Mortgage, LLC, and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Mann Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on October 11, 2018, at Reception No. 395288, in Book 232, at Page 25 in the public records in the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and
WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage as of July 2, 2020 being the total sum of $171,334.57, plus interest, costs expended, late charges, and attorneys’ fees accruing thereafter through the date of sale;
WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;
WHEREAS, if the foreclosure sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of his/her/its money paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagee, Mortgagor, Servicer or their attorneys;
NOW, THEREFORE Mann Mortgage, LLC, as the Mortgagee, will have the Mortgage foreclosed as by law provided by causing the mortgaged property to be sold at public venue by the Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff in and for Sublette County, Wyoming to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon on August 7, 2020 on the Courthouse steps for the Sublette County Court located at 21 South Tyler Ave., Pinedale, WY , for application on the above described amounts secured by the Mortgage, said mortgaged property being described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 2 of the Barger Subdivision, First Filing, Sublette County, Wyoming, as set out on that Plat map recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Sublette County on January 06, 1970 in Book 26 of Misc., Page 328.
With an address of 8 Hawk Path, Boulder, WY 82923 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address).
Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
Mortgagee shall have the exclusive right to rescind the foreclosure sale during the redemption period. In the event that the sale is rescinded or vacated for any reason, the successful purchaser shall only be entitled to a refund of their purchase price and/or statutory interest rate.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUBLETTE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER NINE BUDGET NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEVY FOR 2020-2021 GENERAL FUND BUDGET ONE (1) MILL FOR SUBLETTE 9 RECREATION BOARD EXPENDITURES ONE-HALF (1/2) MILL FOR WESTERN SUBLETTE NINE B.O.C.E.S. TWO-TENTH (2/10) MILL FOR REGION V B.O.C.E.S
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget for Sublette County School District Number Nine for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, which is now being considered by the Board of Trustees of Sublette County School District Number Nine, will be held in Big Piney, Wyoming on the 15th day of July, 2020 at seven o’clock pm at which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget.
In addition to the statutorily mandated school levies, the Board of Trustees will consider the levying of one-half (.5) mill for Western Sublette Nine B.O.C.E.S and two-tenth (.2) mill for Region V B.O.C.E.S as permitted under Wyoming Statute 21-20-109(a). The Board of Trustees will also consider the levying of one (1) recreation mill for the Sublette Nine Recreation Board expenditures as permitted under Wyoming Statute 18-9-201. These mill rates were in effect during the 2019-2020 fiscal year and do not represent an increase in the tax rate for the ensuing 2020-2021 fiscal year.
The hearing will be held in the school district’s Board Room in the Fine Arts Administration Building located at 115 South Nichols Street, Big Piney, Wyoming.
