PUBLIC NOTICE

Wesley Gooch hereby gives notice that he has filed a petition seeking appointment as the wrongful death representative of the wrongful death estate of Mary Ann Menster in the Ninth Judicial District Court in and for Sublette County, Wyoming.  The action is titled In the Matter of the Wrongful Death of Mary Ann Menster and has been assigned Civil Action Number PR-2415.  Any person claiming to qualify as a wrongful death representative under Wyoming Statute 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right pursuant to Wyoming Statute 1-38-103(b).

CALL FOR BIDS

The Board of Trustees, Sublette County School District No. 9 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the DOOR HARDWARE AND SECURITY UPGRADE.  Generally the Work included in this project consists of, but is not limited to, Removal and replacement of door panels, hollow metal frames, door hardware, access control, video surveillance, wireless access control door hardware, glazing, joint sealants, penetration firestopping, electrical, and structured cabling for voice and data. Alternate Bids to include, but not limited to wireless access control door hardware, door hardware, fire rated glazing assemblies, fire curtain, masonry openings, plastic-laminate clad countertops and casework. The project is to be awarded under a single Contract.

First copies of the Contract Documents will be on file after Monday, May 13th, 2019 and open to public inspection in the office of the Owner, Sublette County School District No. 9, 115 S. Nichols Street, Big Piney, WY 83113, and the office of Plan One/Architects, 4020 Dewar Drive, Suite A, Rock Springs, WY 82901.

Bidders will be given access to electrical documents by the architect for a fee of $25.00 per user download through Quest CDN online document host services. Contact Plan One/Architects at (307) 352-2954 for Project Listing Number.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the project site on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 beginning at 10:00 a.m.  This conference will be mandatory for all Contractors, Electricians, and Access Control Contractors wishing to have their proposal considered for the work as a Prime Bidder.  Other sub-contractors and suppliers are welcome (but not required) to attend the pre-bid conference.

All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier’s Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal.  The successful bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.  Preference will be given to Wyoming Contractors as defined by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-101, et seq.  The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 

The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding.  Submit written proposals to: Board of Trustees, Sublette County School District No. 9, 115 S. Nichols Street, Big Piney, WY 83113. Sealed proposals shall be marked “Door Hardware & Security Upgrade” and shall state the name of the company bidding on the outside of the envelope.  Proposals must be received by the 11th day of June at 10:00 a.m.  Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time.

Forest Hittle, Donny Allen, and Craig Sharf,  the duly elected, qualified and acting commissioners of Silver Lake  Irrigation District, PO Box 99, Boulder, WY 82923, having filed their report pursuant to the requirements of W.S. 41-7-402 (1997), showing that each landowner in the district should be assessed an assessment of $3.00 per acre foot upon the benefited lands of the District for the purpose of raising funds for loan amortization, new work, maintenance, dam construction, and current expenses of said District, in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019;

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated April 10, 2006, executed and delivered by Cynthia A. Leasure and Frank E.
