BPHS WALK-IN FREEZER REPLACEMENT

In accordance with WS 21-3-110 (a)(viii), Sublette County School District No. 9, Big Piney, Wyoming is soliciting bids to replace the exterior commercial freezer located at Big Piney High School with the following specifications:

  • Walk-in freezer with dimensions of 12 ft. x 20ft. x 8 ft. with 4 in. walls.

o Complete box with rain roof, single membrane

o 26 gage exterior walls

o 1 door

  • Heat Craft refrigeration equipment for above freezer
  • Include all necessary labor and equipment (by licensed, qualified professionals as necessary) to construct replacement freezer.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

(For Publication)

WHEREAS NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a default in the payment under the terms of a secured and perfected Note has occurred.  The Note is secured by a Mortgage dated January 5, 2011 and recorded on January 5, 2011 at REC # 352761 Book 182 Mtg, Page 765 in the records of Sublette County, Wyoming from Brandi L Mitchelson, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Rock Springs National Bank for the amount of $165,803.00.  The Mortgage having been assigned to and now in possession of J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp., through an assignment recorded on April 21, 2022 at REC# 0421819 Book 328 MIX, Page 462 in the records of Sublette County, Wyoming.

WHEREAS the Mortgage contains a power of sale, which by reason of the default that has occurred, the Mortgagee has declared to become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any suit or proceeding instituted and the same discontinued and:

WHEREAS written Notice of Intent to Foreclose by Sale and Advertisement has been served upon the record owner and party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage at the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the estimated total sum of $139,386.63 which consists of the unpaid principal balance of $135,526.09, plus outstanding charges, attorney fees, costs expected, accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice.

Tina M. Nelson, Susan Briggs-Stanfill, David Noble, Nancy Hulen, and Zack Noble, the duly elected, qualified and acting commissioners of New Fork Lake Irrigation District, having filed their report pursuant to the requirements of W.S.41-7-402 (1977), showing that each landowner in the District should be assessed a minimum of $20.00 for the current expenses and a further assessment of $1.50 per acre upon the benefitted lands of the District for the purpose of raising funds for new work, maintenance and current expenses of said District, in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022;
