The Big Piney Cemetery District Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in the form of bids submitted and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Big Piney Cemetery District. The successful bidder must deliver the vehicle along with a Wyoming title, listing the Big Piney Cemetery District as owner, and a new vehicle warranty, service policy, and with all coupons attached. Payment will be made only upon acceptance by the Big Piney Cemetery District and the presentation of a completed cemetery voucher, an invoice and title documents.

NOTICE TO MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 MEMBERS ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR
In Accordance with Wyoming statutes 22-29, the board of directors of Mosquito Abatement District No. 2 has directed that there shall be a mail-ballot election for one MAD No. 2 Board of Directors position on the Tuesday after the first Monday in May, (May 7, 2019).
Only members of MAD No. 2 are eligible to run for the board and to vote in the election.
One Board Member position will be open for a three (3) year term.

Ballots may be mailed to the election filing officer, or dropped off on Election Day at a polling place and time to be laid out in the mail-ballot package.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 08/13/2007 executed and delivered by Ladd Layland and Jean J. Arthur to First State Bank of Pinedale and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Ladd Layland and Jean J. Arthur (the “Mortgagors”), to First State Bank of Pinedale, and which Mortgage was recorded on 09/25/2007, as Instrument No. 330745 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part there-of, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and
WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage on the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $ 48,789.08 which sum consists of the unpaid principal balance of $44,967.61 plus Interest accrued to the date of the first publication of this notice in the amount of $987.11 plus attorneys’ fees, costs expended, and accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice of sale;
WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;
