TOWN OF MARBLETON
NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Town of Marbleton has accepted as completed all work on the Marbleton Main Street Reconstruction Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Town of Marbleton and Wylie Construction, Inc., of Rock Springs, Wyoming and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is October 12, 2021, and the date of final settlement will be after November 22, 2021, and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Town of Marbleton prior to the above published date of final settlement.

You are hereby notified that on October 7, 2021 a Petition for Summary Procedure for Distribution of Real Property Pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205 ("Petition") was filed in the District Court, 9th Judicial District, SUBLETTE County, Wyoming, probate NO. 2498 requesting a court order for distribution of real estate inerests owned by LEAL ANDREWS JULIUS in SUBLETTE County, Wyoming, having a total combined value of less than $200,000 pursuant to the provisions of the Decedent's Last Will and Testament dated February 26, 2021.
Notice is given that this notice has been published in the Sublette Examiner, and that any objection to the Petition must be filed with the above Court within 30 days of the date of the first publication, which occurred on October 19, 2021. In the absence of any such timely objections, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming.
