That is located in Big Piney, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that the Sublette County School District #9, of Wyoming, has accepted as completed, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the District and the aforesaid contractor, the work in connection with the BPHS Concrete Replacement 2020 Phase 1, Base Bid Project and that the said contractor is entitled to final settlement, therefore. You are further notified that upon the 41st day after the first publication of this notice, the District will pay to GregCo, LLC (Contractor) the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the District prior to said payment date, the 8th day of February 2021, the same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes.

NOTICE OF PROBATE OF ESTATE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 14th day of December 2020 the Estate of Lisa Paul Kimber was admitted to probate in the Ninth Judicial District Court of Sublette County. Jon Richards, Kim Richards, and Chad McKinney were named as administrators thereof.  The Estate of Lisa Paul Kimber requests that a Decree of Distribution be entered in Wyoming and that the Decedent’s assets in Wyoming be administered according to these proceedings.

Any action to set aside the probate of the Estate of Lisa Paul Kimber shall be filed in the Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred. Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before thirty days after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL SETTLEMENT

COUNCIL CHAMBERS A/V UPGRADE

TOWN OF MARBLETON

NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Town of Marbleton has accepted as completed all the work on the Town of Marbleton Council Chambers A/V Upgrade Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Town of Marbleton and AVI-SPL, Inc, of Tampa, Florida and the contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.

Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is January 12, 2021 and the date of final settlement will be after March 08, 2021.

Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Town of Marbleton prior to the above published date of final settlement.
