NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT

TO LANDOWNERS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Sublette County Conservation District in Sublette County, Wyoming has accepted work as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County Conservation District and: Murdock Land & Livestock. The above entities are entitled to final settlement therefore. On or after the 19th day of February being the 42nd day after the first publication of the notice, Sublette County will pay the above mentioned landowners the full amount due under said contracts.

LIEN SALE NOTICE

The contents of the following storage units located at the Alsade Storage buildings, Hwy. 189 and 7th St. East, Marbleton, WY, will be sold at auction on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. to satisfy storage liens thereon: Unit 34 - KC Norby; Unit 49 - Jennifer Jackson; and Unit 100 - Nadine Whitman. Written rules of the auction will be provided to all bidders present. Alsade Storage reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The winning bidder shall take possession of all property stored within.

Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 12 of the Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission Rules & Regulations, the written protest must state the grounds of the protest and include information and evidence to demonstrate that: (a) the protestant is a party entitled to notice or relief under Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 30-5-101 through 30-5-410; (b) the protestant seeks a remedy that is within the jurisdiction and authority of the Commission. No action shall be taken on an objection or protest that is not timely filed.
